    Katelyn Unze, 3, Shakopee, is shown a Monarch butterfly in it's larval stage by Three Rivers Park District Interpretive Naturalist Elise Bushard during the Monarch Departure Party Saturday, August 25, in Victoria.  Participants helped celebrate the Monarch butterflies' annual 2,000 mile journey to Mexico.  Participants saw live Monarchs in their different life-cycle stages, heard about past years' tagging research, and received a colorful chart of common local butterflies to take home.

Niño was one of several dogs that worked with Junior Vet Camp students Saturday, August 25, at the Minnesota School of Business in Plymouth.
