    The Great Pumpkin.  Mitch Krause, Chanhassen, stands atop his latest creation, a 1217 pound Atlantic Giant pumpkin, in front of the Visitor Center at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum Thursday, Oct. 20, in Chaska.  Requiring 75 gallons of water daily the Atlantic Giant pumpkin variety can grow 40 pounds in that day.  The pumpkin world record was set last year in Wisconsin with a 1810.5 pound behemoth.
    Big Stone Mini Golf & Sculpture Gardens owner Bruce Stillman inside Holey Ship, hole No. 7, Par 3, Tuesday, May 24, in Minnetrista.  The hole is one of the most popular spots inside Stillman's acres of strange and wonderful pieces of art and putt putt holes.
    Ella Villamil, one, center, commands the attention of her family while trying to get the ball in the hole on the Par 5, Dead Tree Forest hole.  The Villamils and their cousins, the Valentinis, were visiting Big Stone Mini Golf & Sculpture Gardens, from North Dakota and Argentina on Tuesday, May 24.
