    Bicycles of all shapes and sizes sit in the Free Bikes 4 Kidz (FB4K) main warehouse in Hopkins Wednesday, Nov. 16. Nearly 5,000 bicycles will be donated to children all over the Twin Cities Metro area and beyond during the upcoming holiday season.
    Allina Hospitals & Clinics has donated 5,000 new helmets to go with each FB4K bicycles which are to be donated to children all over the Twin Cities Metro area during the upcoming holiday season.  The helmets, and nearly 5,000 used and refurbished bikes for girls and boys are stored in a warehouse in Hopkins before being sent to over 20 distribution sites throughout the metro and beyond.
