You have to have jumped into a hole in the ice of Lake Minnetonka on New Years Day between 10-19 times to be considered a Shark in the eyes of the annual ALARC Ice Dive participants.  These brave souls reach the end of the swim with the help of Excelsior emergency personnel in dry suits on a morning where temperatures hovered around 10-degrees.
