    Recent Wayzata graduates and friends Britta Swanson, left, and Maddie Berglund spread rocks they pulled from the pond area to weigh down their blankets.  Tent stakes were not allowed this year to help keep large swaths of plastic and cotton blankets in place.  Staking out real estate at the Amphitheater is a big deal and folks were faced with new rules regarding when, how and where to snag their patch of grass.
