    First time participant and Team Hole-in-None member Keith Phillips, St. Paul, strides across frozen Wayzata Bay to tee off at the next hole during the cities' annual Chilly Open on Lake Minnetonka Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012.  This year's Chilly Open bore the theme, 'Beach Party', even though morning temperatures stayed in the single digits.  Saturday was Huerta's first Chilly Open.

    For 17 years in a row, Cottage Grove resident Richard Huerta has braved single digit temperatures, dangerous wind chills, overly bright reflected sunlight, and the camaraderie of close friends to participate in the annual Chilly Open on Wayzata Bay on Lake Minnetonka.  Saturday morning Feb. 11, started out at about nine degrees above zero but Huerta and Team Jamonia were not deterred.
